Contributor responsibilities

- Avoid materially harmful or deceptive behavior guidance.
- Maintain and remediate packages when issues are confirmed.
Escalation process
- Flagged packages are investigated.
- Confirmed violations result in hidden and disabled package distribution.
- Maintainers share relevant findings to support fixes.
- Packages remain disabled until corrective updates are verified.
- High-risk packages may be removed with evidence-based follow-up.
- Authors may appeal moderation outcomes.
